Missouri Chapter Mission

What We Strive For

The GCL Missouri Chapter aims to make programming more accessible for students in underprivileged areas. We aim to create hackathons and to offer various programming classes or events for students to participate in. As a chapter we hope to help grow students’ passions for the STEM field, empower the students who are not familiar with CS, and make an impact in the their lives.

Missouri Chapter Leader

Adhithi Chinta

Hi! My name is Adhithi Chinta and I’m currently a junior at Marquette High School in St.Louis, Missouri. I love to learn new things and challenge my self everyday with what better I can do for myself and society. My passions include computer science, technology and traveling. In my free time I enjoy reading, playing tennis, and practicing my guitar. At school I am involved in Speech and Debate, FBLA, and CmPS. I am interested in Biomedical Engineering and Business/Economics and hope to pursue one of these fields in the future. As the GCL Chapter Leader in Missouri, I hope to make programming more accessible for students in underprivileged areas. I aim to create various competitions and programming classes for students to participate in, and I hope to help grow their passions for the STEM field. I want to help empower the students who are not familiar with CS, and make an impact in the students’ lives.
